TIME OUT, the mag that claims to be the best at compiling listings, reviews and consumer guide articles will most likely hit the stands in March and it will retail at some 5RON a piece.
So why should you pay when you have Sapte Seri and B-24-FUN?
Well, the choice is yours, naturally, but it’ll be hard to resist diving into juicy, unconventional writing, and interesting topics ("The Hidden Bucharest", with a detailed look at “life on the rooftops”, “graffiti sites”, and alternative ways of spending Sundays).
