Take out your agenda and turn to the page that says “October 28th”. What’s it say for 7pm? Dinner at Barka Saffron? Theatre tickets? Apple cider at your best friend’s place?
Nonsense!
Erase it all and write this: “Movie screening at Cinema Pro”, and arrive early in order to get a seat.

And that will be your unique chance to see Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman in Tape, a film about three high-school friends who meet some years later and get lost in memories (in a motor lodge, mind you). What? Not thrilled yet?

Well, get this, then: should you choose to go to this particular event, you will breathe the same air as Ethan Hawke himself, you will stare at the same movie screen as he, and… basically, you will walk the same ground as he.
All right, so hopefully you’re not a fanatic or an obsessed fan, but if you are a concerned citizen with a penchant for movies, then your 20 RONs (recommended donation amount) will sure bring you joy. All the proceeds from the sale of the movie tickets will go towards the programs of “Gata, Dispus si Capabil” of the Ovidiu Rom Association, a charity that improves living and education conditions for children of impoverished families.

If movies are not your passion, but literature> and Ethan are, then wake up early next Saturday, the 29th of October, get in line andget your copy of “Ash Wednesday” signed by the star himself!
Where?
At the same Cinema Pro, at 9:30am.

See you there… with starry eyes.
