The year is 2006 and the month is May. At this point in time we believe we found the absolute best club in Romania. Want to know more?

Well, guess what?

It’s not in Bucharest and "someone who’s been in the business for a while" does not own it. Oh, and something else: it’s fairly new and it’s going to close soon. Intriguing, right?

The club is housed in a warehouse in Constanta. It is not, however, improvised like the ex-Baza Militara/now-Gossip in Bucharest. CRUSH (yes! that’s the name) employs ingenious design, newness, and it surely has a personality that sets it apart and draws you in. So, if you happen to have a different opinion as to what the best and hottest club in Romania is, here’s what you’re up against:

• the biggest bar scene that wraps around the two-room set-up, with a cool floor-to-ceiling bottle display

• music that’s Radio DEEA good, without having to line up the top 10 DJ List
• a lighting that’s just lounge-perfect up until 1am when it changes to darker as the Ibiza DJ’s go on. (Not sure what lounge-perfect lighting means? It’s that cool hue which allows you to notice G’s, D&G’s, YSL’s, and other beauties that come in forms such as perfectly rounded asses, pierced eyebrows, or sexy toes.)
• manganesque animated colored glass crossed with bungalow walls> mixed with vertical sand dune simulations

• strong lasers that blow up and reflect off of huge strobe lights in color schemes that lighten up the entire place, and good ventilation with air you can actually breathe!
• celeb galore from football, business, and showbiz.

We know you really want to check it out, but we weren’t kidding when we said the place is going to shut down. The good news is that it opens up in Mamaia for the beach season, to follow the Bucharest club trend. The location is not to be disclosed yet, but we’ve got the password for you: CRUSH, CRUSH, baby!
